• 150 gram Basmati rice
• 375 milliliter Fish stock
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Brown onion, finely chopped
• 250 gram Button mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 0.25 cup Fresh continental parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
• 1 teaspoon Lemon rind, finely grated
• 5 Skinless salmon fillets
• 375 gram 2 pkt frozen pampas puff pastry block, thawed
• 3 Hard boiled eggs, thickly sliced
• 1 Egg, lightly whisked
• 1 Sheet frozen ready rolled puff pastry, just thawed
• Salad leaves, to serve
• 300 gram Ctn sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
