STEP 1.Firstly dry roast desiccated coconut. In that kadhai add milk and sugar cook till sugar melts. Place the 1 drop of the mixture on the plate if it doesn't move easily then it's ready.
STEP 2.Now add coconut and ghee. Switch off the gas. Add rose syrup and cardamom powder. Make ladoos and rollover desiccated coconut.
STEP 3.Now ready to serve
