STEP 1.Firstly take bread slices,and cut it into 2 or 4 parts as you like..I cut in 4
STEP 2.Now take a kadhai,,add oil or ghee fry those bread pieces..till golden crust is there..dont over fry,,otherwise they get burnt or smoky flvr comes.. you can also shallow fry them on pan..
STEP 3.Now prepare chashni,,take a pan add sugar and water..stir continuously until sugar get melts.. and add food colour(it will give a nice colour)..and cook for 5 min on medium flame..it will not be runny...
STEP 4.Now put fried bread slices in chashni for 30 secs or until it got coated with chashni...and strain extra syrup..
STEP 5.Now transfer in a plate..and take grated coconut and coat all the slices with coconut...
STEP 6.You can also add dry fruits powder for.kids...and also you can made rabri to give it more flavor and richness..enjoy..
