Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a blender, combine 2 ounces of coconut rum, 2 ounces of pineapple juice, 1 ounce of coconut cream, and 1 cup of ice.
• STEP 2.Blend until smooth and creamy.
• STEP 3.Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry, if desired.

Cooking Tips

• For a non-alcoholic version, replace the coconut rum with coconut water or pineapple juice.
• You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
• To make it extra tropical, add a splash of mango or passion fruit juice.

Storage and Serving

• Serve Coco Conga immediately after blending for the best taste and texture.
• If you have leftovers, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
