• 2 pound Ground turkey, can also sub ground beef or ground chicken
• 1 Onion, diced
• 4 Cloves minced garlic
• 1 Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 0.75 cup Chicken
• 1 can Red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Great northern beans, or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 14.5 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes, with juices
• 14.5 ounce 1 can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
• 4 ounce 1 can diced green chiles
• 2.5 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• 1.5 teaspoon Sea salt, more to taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne, for a little heat, 3/4 tsp for a hot of heat
