• 1.5 pound 2 lean beef or pork, cut into 1/2 cubes
• 1 Medium white or yellow onion, chopped
• 1 Poblano pepper, seeded and finely diced
• 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
• 5 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 2 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
• 2 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 2 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
• 2 cup Beef broth
• 2 cup Water
• 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoon Masa Harina
• Toppings : shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green or red onions
• Diced avocado, and/or chopped cilantro
