1 tablespoon unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1.5 teaspoon ground allspice
1.5 teaspoon kosher salt
1.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cayenne
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 can tomato paste
1.5 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 leaves bay
2 small medium spaghetti squash halved lengthwise + seeds removed
olive oil for drizzling
As required kosher salt + pepper
2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese for serving
chopped onions, oyster crackers, and kidney beans for serving
