• 1 cup Chirote sooji
• 1.5 cup Sugar
• 3 cup Water
• 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
• 1 tablespoon chopped kaju
• 2 teaspoon ghee , a few strands of kesar and pinch yellow colour
• For Khara bhat
• 1 cup Rawa
• 0.5 teaspoon Rai
• 1 teaspoon chana dal
• 1 teaspoon urad dal
• 2 teaspoon kaju
• curry leaves a few
• 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• As required Salt
• 3 cup Water
• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
