Directions : Choripán Recipe

STEP 1.take a grill pan and preheat it over medium-high heat. To this add the chorizo and it let cook for 30 -35 minutes. Keep on flipping it occasionally with tongs.

STEP 2.In a bowl add some parsely , onion , and garlic and stir it briefly to combine. Finally add olive oil , vinegar , salt and pepper.

STEP 3.Mix everything well and let it rest for 15 minutes at least. Place one cooked sausage into each roll.
