6 ounce Shrimp
1 chopped chipotle chili
1 teaspoon adobo sauce
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 clove garlic
0.25 teaspoon roasted cumin
1 teaspoon Butter
0.5 cup Corn
1 teaspoon Oil
1 cup Guacamole
0.5 cup Tomato
Cilantro
Green Onions
Tortilla Chips
Directions : Chipotle Lime Shrimp And Guacamole Dip With Tomatoes And Charred Corn Recipe
STEP 1.1 in a bowl take chipotle chilies, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic and cumin.
STEP 2.2 mix the ingredients well.
STEP 3.3 add shrimp to this mixture.
STEP 4.4 coat the shrimp with this mixture and refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
STEP 5.1 heat some oil in a pan and add corn to it. Cook it for 6-7 minutes.
STEP 6.2 take out your shrimp and cook it on medium heat with some oil for 2-4 minutes.
STEP 7.3 place the guacamole in the serving dish and top it with tomato, corn, shrimp.
STEP 8.4 garnishes and serve with tortilla chips.
