• 0.5 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced

• 2 Spring onions, cut into batons
• 3 Tomatoes, Chopped
• 2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Kecap manis
• 3 Kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
