• 4 Small garden cucumbers or 1 english diced
• 3 tablespoon Plain greek yogurt
• 3 tablespoon Mayo
• 3 tablespoon Sunflower oil or olive oil
• 4 tablespoon Juice from 1 large lemon about
• 1 tablespoon Dill or parsley finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt Or To Taste
