• 1.5 cup Frozen corn, thawed
• 1 Medium sweet red pepper, chopped
• 1 Medium green pepper, chopped
• 6 Green onions, chopped
• 0.75 cup Salsa
• 0.5 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
• 2 can Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
• 1 can Condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
• Cubed avocado and additional cilantro, optional
