Are these enchiladas in any way traditional? Not in the slightest. But, they are creamy as can be and filled with cheesy chicken-bacon-ranch flavor. Its a classic and delicious combo and while it might not be one you usually find in mexican food, you can trust that it still works wonderfully when its rolled up in a tortilla, smothered in sauce, and baked.
