Directions : Caldo De Res Recipe

STEP 1.Remove the meat from the beef shanks, chop into pieces and season the meat with salt and pepper

STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and fry

STEP 3.Cover and cook for 30mins until the beef is tender

STEP 4.Add remaining garlic, jalapeno,lime juice,bay leaf,chayote,zucchini, carrots and corns

STEP 5.Add salt and pepper if needed, Cover and simmer for 50 minutes , add cabbage slices in the last 10 minutes
