- 3 beef shanks

- 8-10 cup Water

How to Make Caldo De Res Recipe
STEP 01
Remove the meat from the beef shanks, chop into pieces and season the meat with salt and pepper
STEP 02
Heat oil in a large pot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and fry
STEP 03
Cover and cook for 30mins until the beef is tender
STEP 04
Add remaining garlic, jalapeno,lime juice,bay leaf,chayote,zucchini, carrots and corns
STEP 05
Add salt and pepper if needed, Cover and simmer for 50 minutes , add cabbage slices in the last 10 minutes
