Directions : Caldo De Pollo Recipe

STEP 1.In a large pot add 8 cups of water ,chicken and 2 celery sticks,½ onions ,garlic cloves ,salt and pepper. Cover it and bring it to boil

STEP 2.Lower the flame and sim for 1 hour. Skim the fat on the top of liquid keep the chicken and discard the other ingredients.

STEP 3.Set the chicken aside and let cool. Remove the chicken from the bones

STEP 4.In the same pot add the remaining ingredients Add salt chicken, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
