How to Make Caldo De Pollo Recipe
STEP 01
In a large pot add 8 cups of water ,chicken and 2 celery sticks,½ onions ,garlic cloves ,salt and pepper. Cover it and bring it to boil
STEP 02
Lower the flame and sim for 1 hour. Skim the fat on the top of liquid keep the chicken and discard the other ingredients.
STEP 03
Set the chicken aside and let cool. Remove the chicken from the bones
STEP 04
In the same pot add the remaining ingredients Add salt chicken, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
