• Cheese we used colby jack
• Sauteed peppers
• 1 Large avocado
• 0.5 Large mango chopped
• 1 teaspoon Orange juice
• 0.25 teaspoon Lime juice
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
• As required Salt and pepper
• 5 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoon Tablespoons plus 1 sweet red chili sauce *see note
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Lime juice
• 0.5 Zest of lime
