• 2 cup Dry white wine
• 28 ounce 1 can whole tomatoes, undrained and cut up
• 0.25 teaspoon Grated whole nutmeg or 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 2 inch 1 1 parmesan cheese rind
• 14.5 ounce 1 can reduced sodium chicken or beef broth
• 1 cup Heavy cream
• 3 ounce Dried spaghetti, broken, or other pasta
