• 1 pound Cubed or coarsely ground bison meat
• 2 tablespoon Canola oil
• 1 cup Diced Onion
• 1 cup Diced Green Pepper
• 2 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
• 1.5 cup 2 tomato juice
• 1 can Dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Pinto beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Chopped green chilies
• 2 teaspoon Chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Salt, optional
• 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
