Directions : Beef Ribeye Roast Recipe

STEP 1.Preparing dry rub cloves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes, parsley flakes, five spice seasoning, salt and mix them all together.

STEP 1.Pre mix sauce light soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice seasoning, white pepper, sugar and mix well.

STEP 2.Draw this pre mix solution in an injection and inject deep down the meat. Also towards the bone.

STEP 1.Keep it in oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Then 325f for 30 minutes per pound.

step 5

STEP 1.Remove after the taken time and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serve with some baby choy.
