Balsamic Caprese Chicken Salad Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
• STEP 2.Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
