• 2 cup Fresh grated coconut or desiccated coconut
• 0.75 cup Th 1 cup sugar or as required
• 0.5 cup Coconut oil
• 0.5 cup Coconut milk or cows milk
• 2 tablespoon Rose water or vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence to add to the cake batter
• pinch A pinch of salt
• 4 Eggs
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon Corn flour
• 1 cup Whipped cream
• 0.5 cup Icing sugar
• 1 cup Toasted or roasted coconut flakes
