• 3 cup 21/2 broth vegetable or chicken
• 15 ounce Pumpkin puree
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon Curry powder optional
• 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper for heat
• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 0.5 cup Heavy cream
• Roasted pepitas and crusty bread to serve
