• 0.5 cup stout beer or more beef stock
• 2 tablespoon Ketchup
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• As required salt and pepper
• canola oil for frying
• 3 cup cheddar cheese curds
