Rakulpreet is one of the many celebrities in the industry who is known for her healthy diet and fitness regime. While she’s a hardcore foodie, we can totally understand how tough would it be for her to resist delicious food at times. In fact, in a recent radio interview we heard that she loves ghar ka khana and said that healthy food need not be boring. However, we know that the Punjabi inside her yearns for rajma chawal and chole bhature all the time. The Delhi-born actor cum model moved her way into films with her debut in the South Indian film industry. Gradually, she bagged a role in Hindi cinema and her acting has made sure that she is here to stay.

She was currently all over social media, promoting her upcoming film Runway 34. The De De Pyaar De actress is sharing the screen with Ajay Devgn yet again in this film. While she has often talked about the healthy smoothies and shakes that she eats, we also know about her little secret indulgence when she came to Delhi to promote her film. She hogged on all of Dilli ka chatpata khana and loved everything. This time, she has tried to play it very smart when she shared a glimpse of her “seefood” platter with us. Why do we say it like that? Here, take a look.

We see a glass case, which looks like an aquarium to us. Inside what we see is Rakulpreet’s idea of a seafood diet. On a bed of crumbled chocolate, we see a big vanilla-covered macaron with a drizzle of chocolate. Next, we see some chocolate bars beside it and then a red rose behind it. There is edible grass and bushes to recreate the underwater sea bed experience. There are white flowers in it too along with some plastic tubes filled with rocket-shaped chocolates. This sweet haven is like a dream come true. The model-turned-actress captions it saying, “This is what I call #Seefood Diet”.

Now that she’s talked so much about seafood, we can’t let you get away without some yummy seafood recipes.

1.  Lemon Garlic Butter Swai Fish

A special type of fish variety, swai fish fillets are perfect for appetizers. This is a light and delicious recipe where the fish fillets are tossed in garlic infused butter. The butter is seasoned with some coriander, green chillies and more. A dash of lime juice is added to it and the fish is grilled to perfection.

2.  Chermoula-Roasted Prawns

This is a uniquely-flavoured recipe wherein North African spices are used to coat the prawns. Prawns, by nature, cook very quickly so you need to be careful about the time to cook. The tiger prawns are used for this recipe. Cinnamon, turmeric, cumin and coriander are slathered onto the deveined prawns. Red onions, green chillies and parsley are added to the prawn coating and a spicy yet tangy prawn starter is ready.
