Girls night out is the best way to unwind after a long day of tiring work. Food, fun and drinks along with tons of laughter and gossip are guaranteed on a fun girl date with your bffs. The best thing about hanging out with your girl squad is trying out new cuisines and drinks. Clubs and discos usually give out free drinks and cocktails to girls on certain days of the week. These days are referred to as girls night. While you’re entitled to free drinks at the club on these days, this is usually a great opportunity for you to deviate from comfortable alcohol choices and venture in to trying a new flavour of drink.

In the video, Sonakshi was seen with her friend Srishti Rai, giggling and pushing her away jovially. She captioned the post, “Prim and proper by the day… Jungli by night. That’s @srishtiraai for you.”

Calling out to all coffee aficionados! If you love coffee and are in a mood to party and have fun, this cocktail is the right choice for you. Classy and strong, the coffee martini cocktail has bitter hints that you could get rid off by putting more sugar than the amount recommended in the recipe : 

Ingredients: 

  1. 100 ml vodka
  2. 50 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
  3. 2 tsp raw sugar
  4. 4 ice cubes

Method : 

  1. Combine the espresso, vodka and raw sugar in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Add the ice cubes. 
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy. 

Pineapple mint mojito 

The pineapple mint mojito is for those who love to hold their liquor and enjoy it with every sip. A sure shot hit with your girls when you have to alternate drinking with hitting the dance floor, this mojito is going to be a burst of flavours in your mouth. 

  1. Half lime thinly sliced 
  2. Twelve mint leaves 
  3. 100 ml vodka 
  4. 170 grams of chilled pineapple juice
  5. Club soda
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar
  7. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks 
  8. Sugar syrup

Method: 

  1. Add the lime, mint and pineapple to a large cocktail shaker or pitcher. Using the muddler, crush the pineapple, lime and mint leaves until fragrant. Add the vodka and pineapple juice. Add the sugar syrup. Stir or shake until well mixed.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and top off the drink with some club soda.
  3. Garnish the glass with pineapple chunks, mint leaves and lime wedges.
