Kerala is home to diversity and cultural influences, which is reflected both in its culture and cuisine. The cultural assimilation has largely developed its unique and delectable palette, enough to make you crave for it.

From traditional vegetarian dishes like Kerala sadhya to its selection of breakfast dishes such as idli, dosa, appam, idiyappam, puttu, and pathiri, to the abundance of seafood and meat varieties, Kerala cuisine is simply out of this world.

The rich flavours of the cuisine are a gift from its affluent trading heritage, and the foreign influence in meals is evident in its taste.

So, even if the backwaters of Kerala don’t attract you to ‘God’s own country’, the cuisine surely would!
