Bagaan - The Frontier Kitchen
Gurugram's fine dining scene just got a soul and it is called Bagaan, which brings the bold, fire-driven flavours of the North West Frontier to the table with rare intelligence and ceremony. Built on the authenticity of technique, the strength of flavour, and the royalty of experience, every dish, from charcoal-fired kebabs to dum biryani and slow-simmered smoked-ghee dals, carries smokiness, structure, and heritage. The 75-seater space, inspired by frontier forts and royal durbars, is minimalist yet opulent with a focus on becoming a legacy in the making.

Olive Garden
If you've spent any time on American social media, sitcoms, or pop culture at general, you probably remember Olive Garden in the back of your mind. This American-Italian cuisine chain is now going to be a Delhi phenomenon! And, sure, every entrée here will include the legendary never-ending soup or salad, as well as the warm, freshly made breadsticks. For the time being, it is available to the public on World St. in Aerocity. Iconic foods include a non-vegetarian sampler of toasted chicken ravioli, bruschetta, and parmesan-crusted wings. If you want comfort cuisine, don't miss the Fried Mozzarella or the filled mushrooms, which are both exceedingly cheesy in the nicest manner imaginable. Main dishes include the Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, which is precisely what you'd expect from a rich, creamy pasta, and the Spicy Bomba Alfredo, which is perfect for customers who want a little spice. Spaghetti aficionados are especially spoilt here, due to the build-your-own spaghetti option, which offers a limitless variety of sauces and toppings.

A Mexican-inspired quick-service restaurant concept has launched its first location in Punjabi Bagh, offering a fresh, ingredient-driven approach to comfort cuisine and informal eating. Tacos, burrito bowls, loaded nachos, salads, enchiladas, wraps, and a variety of house-made guacamole are among the Mexican-inspired dishes on the menu. House Of Akina
The brand, now reinvented as House of Akina, has made its presence even more known by marking a significant transformation from its nightlife-focused name to a more immersive, contemporary Asian eating experience. In fact, it goes beyond traditional culinary classifications to highlight cross-border stories, experiences, and cultural relationships. A neutral colour scheme, layered textures, curated artworks, domestic-style furnishings, soft drapery, and a dramatic crimson cloth installation over the ceiling create a warm, intimate, and highly personal atmosphere. But the highlights at House Of Akina will always be the Lamb Kapitan, Grilled Hamachi with Vietnamese Lemon Butter, Root Vegetable with Yuzu and Tahini Dressing, Liquor Poetry (drink) and Vietnamese Coffee Noir (dessert).

Belmarose
Belmarose draws inspiration from the romanticism of Paris, the craftsmanship of Florence, and the sun-kissed vibrance of Barcelona, emphasising personal details rather than imposing ones. Belmarose's distinctive dishes express a strong culinary language. Smoked Chicken Caesar Croquettes are golden and crunchy, with a creamy, smoky depth within. The Enoki Mushroom Roll is all subtle umami, while the Stuffed Zucchini Flower transforms lightness into peaceful satisfaction. Rosette Ravioli exudes handmade elegance, while Lobster in XO Sauce gives robust, sumptuous heat. At the bar, mixologists Roshan and Hardik create a cocktail menu as complex as the food: tropical Pandan Bloom, floral Flora Blanca, spicy Mango Inferno, fruity Palantine Fig and smokey, Roman-inspired Ignis Roma. Every sip is a tale.

The Azulian House
Basil, thyme, curry leaves and kaffir lime are some of the herbs that find their way from the garden to The Azulian House's cuisine. This agave-themed restaurant is located on the grounds of The Leela Palace Bengaluru and offers a unique garden of various fruits and herbs, similar to a botanist's house, that are being cultivated to flourish and shade the outdoor space. The menu is structured like a diary, detailing the tale of Latin America's arrival in Garden City, with entries and details about the herbs and fruit that are taking root. The famous ceviche is vibrant and citrusy—a must-order. Vegetarians might try the one with a heart of palm, which also contains avocado and soft coconut. Other noteworthy dishes were roasted fresh shitake mushrooms and morels, an incredibly earthy taste that's complex and full of flavour, and lamb chops (with a goat cheese crust) topped with pats of butter, which were expertly executed and had the ideal fat-to-meat ratio.

Brine
From the exterior, the pub, which resembles a large box, gives little away. But the suspense makes the entry all the more exciting. You push open the massive door to be welcomed with a big open-plan area that combines elements of Miami, Tokyo, and Bengaluru. Brine's cocktail menu is a little out of the ordinary, although bar mainstays are still available. You can begin with Weeds, an umami gin and vermouth cocktail garnished with spicy seaweed; next up is Cheese, a vodka and lapsang souchong cocktail with undertones of nutty Gruyere. While the first two are delectable, acquired flavours, the High Tea with rum and coconut water is too light, yet it is a drink that is so pleasant that you forget it contains alcohol.

Bread Pocket Co.
Bread Pocket Co. enters the Purna Das Road near Golpark market with something straightforward and focused. It begins and finishes with the brocket, or bread pocket. A compact, hand-held pocket that feels light in your palm and filled with each mouthful. It is meant to be consumed while standing, in the middle of a discussion, or on your way someplace else. Fermented sourdough-style with khapli wheat atta, it has a delicate texture and a subtle tang that adds taste from the first mouthful. It's high in fibre, low on the glycaemic index, and easy to digest, quietly rewriting what fast food may be like. It is gentler on the stomach than other alternatives, yet still filling enough to qualify as a full meal. Then come the fillings of falafel, which is crunchy and earthy, while potato is spicy and soft, and Grilled Paneer is smokey and rich. On the non-vegetarian side, Cheesy Chicken is indulgent in the best way, while Angara Chicken brings heat that settles slowly and keeps you going back for another bite.
