Counted among the best ethnic food restaurants in the Upper Assam town, Chouka offers a range of authentic local dishes from the different corners of the state. The eatery’s bamboo décor is in tandem with the indegenous cuisine it specialises in. Top picks on the menu include chicken curries cooked with bamboo shoot, banana flower, elephant apple, black lentil and rice flour.
