1. Make sure you use fresh yogurt to make lassi. The quality and quantity of yogurt make a huge difference in the taste and texture of the drink. If you want a slurpy drink (of thin consistency), decrease the quantity of yogurt and vice versa.

2. If you are planning to make savoury lassi, you are free to experiment with herbs and spices. For instance, you can use mint paste and black pepper powder or chaat masala to spruce it up.
