Method:

  1. Begin by drizzling a small amount of melted chocolate down the inside of the glass, letting it drip and settle in elegant streaks. This creates an indulgent visual effect that foreshadows the drink’s luxurious flavours.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the contents are chilled.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. The rum and pineapple juice should give a beautiful golden hue, while the chocolate drips on the glass creates a stunning contrast.
  6. Garnish with a chocolate drip over the rim and a marshmallow.
