Ingredients

1. 100 gm green chilli

2. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder

4. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder

5. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

8. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

Method

Cut green chillies

The green peppers should be scrubbed clean and dried with paper towels. The green peppers should now be chopped into small bits and gathered in a bowl.

Prepare the tadka

Oil in a pan is now heating. Asafoetida and cumin seeds should be added and given a minute to sputter.

Add green chillies

Salt and green chillies are now added. Sauté while mixing for 10 seconds.

Add the green chillies

Add the fennel seed powder, dried mango powder, turmeric, and coriander powder at this point. Green chillies are stir-fried for two to three minutes. Ensure that the green peppers are somewhat crispy.

Ready to be served
