Ingredients

  1. 12 Mini Sweet Pastry Tart Shells
  2. 395 grams Caramel Top N Fill
  3. 150 ml thickened cream
  4. 2 tablespoon icing sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 Flake chocolate bar

Method

  1. Place the small pastry tart shells on your serving platter after removing them from their foil packaging.
  2. Using a hand mixer, beat together the thickened cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until soft peaks form. Place in the refrigerator until required.
  3. In a bowl, add the Caramel Top n Fill and whisk until smooth.
  4. Put the Caramel Top N into the tarts' shells. 
  5. Sprinkle pieces of the Flake bar and a small dollop of whipped cream on top of each tart.
  6. Before serving, place the caramel tarts in the refrigerator to chill for an hour.
