Delhi is known as the food capital of India, and one visit to the capital city is enough for anyone to realize why is it so. Whether you are on a hush-hush trip for a day or two, or you are staying for long, Delhi will greet you with a variety of delicacies wherever you are. The street food of the city is simply irresistible and the famous chaats in the city are sure to find you and make you slurp! Pick any local market and you will find a gol gappa vendor dishing out crispy puris loaded with tantalising stuffing for a host of people. The popularity of Delhi’s chaat has even bit bigwigs from the film industry. Many popular chat hotspots in Delhi have seen Bollywood celebrities enjoying a plate or two.

Joining the list if Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and even SRK is Boman Irani, who is currently in Delhi shooting for ‘Uunchai’ along with Anupam Kher, Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta and Sarika. The 62-year-old actor took to Instagram to share a short video of himself enjoying gol gappas at the popular Nathu Sweets in Bengali Market in Central Delhi. But his share of gol gappas didn’t come easy as the fast-motion video showed a hoard of fans thronging him in the market for selfies. Along with the video, the actor wrote how he had one gol gappa after each selfie. He then asked if one gol gappa is one selfie, 137 selfies would be? “Eating healthy is good but being happy is even healthier!!! Nathu Sweets Bengali Market was just too good!” Boman wrote in the caption of his post. Take a look:

Looking at the crowd, it seems like he had too many of gol gappas! When someone in the comments section asked how many gol gappas did he ate, he replied “looks like 137.” That is quite a number!
