Easy Butter Garlic Mushroom Recipe || Slurrp App

Mushrooms are an all-time favourite food, and when tossed with garlic and butter, they turn out to be delicious. Besides being nutritious, mushrooms get easily cooked within minutes and taste super good. It is a quick dish and is easy to cook. All you need are mushrooms, butter, and some herbs.

Garlic, butter, and mushrooms are a fantastic combination. To flavour the dish, some herbs are added as well. Mushrooms, on the other hand, are rich in nutrients, namely vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and others, which are good for the heart, skin, and digestive system.

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander


  • Heat the pan, and add oil and butter.
  • Add the onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • Add mushrooms and shallow fry them.
  • Then add white wine, chilli flakes, pepper, and salt and continue to sauté.
  • Add garlic. Give it a mix.
  • Turn off the flame, add the chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.
