  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2.25 Y Leaves
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1.13 Lic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the besan is cooked through and has a slightly crispy texture.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with bhakri or roti.

  • Make sure to cook the besan on low heat to avoid burning.
  • You can add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • You can also add grated coconut for extra flavor.
