A healthy drink prepared from dried hibiscous flower and fruits.Zobo (Zoborodo) is a Nigerian beverage made from dried Roselle plant flowers. The drink is also known as Roselle drink and called Sorrel drink in the Carribean.

Rinse hibiscous flower and put it into a bowl
Then add pineapple slices to it
Transfer hibiscous flower and pineapple into a cooking pot. Add in ginger, orange, cinnamon powder, ground cloves ,honey and water.
Cover and boil it for 25 mins. Turn off the flame and keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
Strain the juice with a sieve and serve.
