STEP 1.Mix all the dry ingredients including the instant yeast.Make a soft smooth and pliable dough using the milk and water mixture and oil.
STEP 2.Knead for 10-12 min just like any bread dough.keep the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl covered with cling film for an hour or more till it double in size.
STEP 3.Gently punch the dough to knock out the gases and knead gently for a minute or so.
STEP 4.The dough for making the pizza base is ready.
STEP 5.[20/06, 4:29 pm] mayuri Thakkar: Cut a small block of paneer into small cubes and sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
STEP 6.For the zingy parcel,take a small portion of the dough (60-70)gm and roll it like a roti / disc on a surface smeared with cornmeal or fine Semolina.

STEP 8.Apply a spoon of mayonnaise, sprinkle marinated paneer pieces, grated cheese,chilli flakes and oregano.
STEP 9.Fold it to form a parcel.keep aside for 20-25 min.
STEP 10.Apply some garlic butter and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 min.remove from oven a wire rack.tada zingy parcel is ready. Serve it warm with sauce or cheesy dip
STEP 11.With the above dough you can make three zingy parcels. The amount of topping and cheesy is purely your wish. You can increases or decreases it as per your liking.
