Ingredients for Zarda Pulao with pineapple and beetroot Recipe

  • 1 Cup cooked basmati rice
  • 2 Tsp ghee
  • 1 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pineapple
  • 4 Tsp beetroott juice
  • 1 Tsp saffron water
  • A Pinch A pinch of yellow food colour
  • To Taste salt according
  • 3 Tsp sugar
  • 3 Tsp chopped nuts
  • 2 g tsp raisin
  • 2 Tsp dry coconut

Directions: Zarda Pulao With Pineapple And Beetroot Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the pan and add ghee. Now add all spices. Saute it for a while. Now add nuts and raising. Stir it for a while.
  • STEP 2.Now put the pineapple and stir it for a while.
  • STEP 3.Then add cooked rice.salt and sugar. Mix it gently. Now add all another ingredients accept beetroott. Add little bit milk. Give a good.
  • STEP 4.Cook the rice in low flame. When pineapple will become little tender.take out it from the heat.
  • STEP 5.Now divide the rice in two half. Add beetroott juice with one of part. Give a good mix.
  • STEP 6.Again put the both rice in the pan. Dum it for a while. It's ready to serve
