Directions: Yum Pla Duk Foo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut the fish into chunks, season with soy or salt, then steam for five minutes till the meat is absolutely roast.

step 2

  • STEP 1.While the fish cools down prepare the mango dish alongside. In a mortar, pound thai chilies and then add the palm sugar and mash till it turns into a muddy paste.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Once the fish is cools down enough that it is easy to handle, transfer it into a muslin-lined bowl. Wrap the fabric around the fish, twist it to secure the fish within the material, and squeeze the fish to get rid of as much water as possible.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and sprinkle the pounded fish over it. Use a skimmer to push the sides in to the middle and cook it thoroughly until it turns golden brown.

step 15

  • STEP 2.Place the fish on a serving plate and sprinkle with cooked peanuts. Stir shredded cilantro into the mango dish, then serve the mango dish beside the fish. Serve with bush rice and luxuriate in it.
