Ingredients for Yum Mama Recipe

  • 1 As required 3 Thai chilies
  • 6 sprig cilantro stems, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar, chopped, packed
  • 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • As required Mama chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon thinly sliced lemongrass
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 sweet onion, julienned
  • 2 packs Mama instant noodles
  • 12 medium shrimp
  • 2 packet Mama garlic oil
  • 200 gram ground pork or chicken
  • 2 stalks Chinese celery or inside celery stalks and leaves, chopped
  • As required Cilantro Leaves

Directions: Yum Mama Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Make the dressing pound chilies and cilantro stems into a paste. Add palm sugar and pound to dissolve.

  • STEP 2.Add fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, lemongrass, and mama flavorer, stir to combine.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Meanwhile, place onions and tomatoes into an outsized bowl.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Break mama block into quarters. Reserve the broken bits at very cheap of the bag for sprinkling, otherwise you will simply eat them as a snack! cook mama in boiling water for two minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Scoop the noodles out with a skimmer and place them into a sieve to empty. Add the shrimp to a similar pot of water and cook them simply till done, thirty seconds some. Fish them out and add them to the noodles.
