Ingredients for Yogurt Cake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 250 gram plain yogurt/Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 180 gram Flour
  • 1.50 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3 Nos large eggs

Directions: Yogurt Cake Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add yogurt,oil,sugar,¾ cup sugar,vanilla extract and whisk it all.

  • STEP 2.Then add flour,½ tsp baking powder,salt,nutmeg and whisk it.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Now break eggs into the batter one by one.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  • STEP 5.Grease the cake pan(9 inch) with oil .Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake it for 35 mins.
  • STEP 6.Once baked take out the cake and let it cool down and then serve into slices.
