A delicious,simple cake prepared from yogurt,nutmeg and of course flour.Yogurt cake is easy to make, easy to adapt and uses basic household ingredients. Dress it up with whipped cream, fruit compote or powdered sugar for a springtime dessert.
STEP 1.In a bowl add yogurt,oil,sugar,¾ cup sugar,vanilla extract and whisk it all.

STEP 2.Then add flour,½ tsp baking powder,salt,nutmeg and whisk it.

STEP 3.Now break eggs into the batter one by one.

STEP 4.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
STEP 5.Grease the cake pan(9 inch) with oil .Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake it for 35 mins.
STEP 6.Once baked take out the cake and let it cool down and then serve into slices.
