  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Chopped
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 3 medium Green chili
  • 1 tablespoon Jeera
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • As required Coconut milk
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt

How to Make Yellow Curry Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Wash and cut the broccoli, and roughly chop the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Add it to a blender and make a fine paste out of it.

STEP 02

Dice the tofu and make small cubes. Cover them with a kitchen napkin and lay them flat, add weight to remove extra water.

STEP 03

In a bowl add 1tsp oil followed by turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garlic salt (each 1tsp) and whisk it. Drop the tofu and marinate it for 10-15mins.

STEP 04

Bake the marinated tofu for 25mins at 400deg fahrenheit.

STEP 05

Take a kadai to add 2tbsp coconut oil and then add 1tbsp cumin seeds. Then add 2 cups of broccoli florets and saute them.

And now start adding the spices- turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder And mix the spices well with the florets. Once the florets become soft try mashing them..

Add the onion-garlic paste into the kadai and give it a good mix. If needed add a little water and stir them Add a cup of coconut milk and stir. keep it at low flame and let in simmer for 10 minutes

Then add the baked tofu into the coconut milk curry and mix them well.
