  • STEP 2.Cover the bowl and let the batter ferment for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 3.Grease the idli molds and pour the batter into each mold.
  • STEP 4.Steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Remove from the molds and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
