STEP 1.Thinly slice the onions. Mince the garlic and habanero pepper. Take a bowl and mix lemon juice, apple cider, vinegar and peanut oil. Then add dijon mustard, minced garlic and habanero in a bowl. Now add bouillon powder, ginger powder, black pepper and salt.

STEP 1.In a big bowl add chicken pieces,sliced onions and pour the marinade over it,add bay leaves and mix all well.

STEP 1.Add peanut oil in a pan and heat it. Now place the marinated chicken into the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes from each side. Once fried take it out on a plate.

STEP 1.Now strain the onions from the marinade and fry it for 10 mins in the same pan.

STEP 1.After the onions are fried, place over the fried chicken onto them and pour with chicken stock and marinade mixture. Lastly cook for 25 minutes.
