Ingredients for Yam Takrai Goong Sot Recipe

  • 300 gram Shrimp
  • 3 tablespoon Shallot
  • 2.50 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground chili
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ground roasted rice
  • 1 tablespoon Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander
  • 2.50 tablespoon Lime
  • 1/4 cup Lemongrass

Directions: Yam Takrai Goong Sot Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add the sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Now add ground roasted rice, ground chili and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Bruise the lemongrass and then slice the lemongrass, wedge the shallots, sliced spring onions. Add 300 g shrimp in a saucepan in boiling water and let it simmer until cooked.

step 6

  • STEP 1.In the dressing add the boiled shrimp, then add the shallots, spring onion, coriander (each 1tbsp), and mix all the ingredients well
