How to Make Yam Makua Yao Recipe

STEP 01

Chop spring onions and coriander, follow by slice shallot, cut eggplant into 2-inch pieces and chop chili and garlic finely.

STEP 02

Heat the pan and then roast long eggplant. Peel eggplant and peel off. Then cut in half and set aside earlier.

Boil water, then stir shrimp and pork until cooked. Pour chili, garlic, minced shrimp, and pork into a mixing bowl. Season with sugar, fish sauce, lime juice. Add shallots, spring onion, coriander, and stir to combine.

STEP 04

Add all ingredients and spicy dressing salad on long eggplant. Sprinkle with dried shrimp and finish.
