230 gram durian flesh without seeds
60 gram coconut powder
3 tablespoon Sugar
As required roasted sesame seeds and shredded coconut

STEP 1.Wash two cups of sticky rice and soak in water for a minimum of one hour or higher nightlong.
STEP 2.Drain well and add coconut powder, salt, and many drops of durian extract. Toss well. Combine durian flesh with sugar and mash into a paste. Steam for 20-25 minutes,
STEP 3.Fluff the hard-baked sticky rice with chopsticks and add the durian paste. Steam for an additional five minutes. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with some roast herbaceous plant and cut young coconut.
